Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

Prompt Response: A meaningful place in my life that carries a story is seaside Florida. For as long as I can remember every year on the second week of July my family has got into the car and drove the 5-7 hours down to seaside off of 30a. We have built a tradition of renting the same house every year, the house has become a second home to me holding countless memories. Whether it be cooking with my grandmother in the kitchen or talking to my grandpa on the back porch about fishing while overlooking the horizon line on the ocean. As I have grown older less family has come and things have changed, but every year we continue to make memories and carry on our tradition.

Summary: My family takes a yearly trip to seaside where we have bonded since I was a child.

Reflection: Familiar places have a deep connection to me and will always turn into a tradition.
