As the first semester comes to an end, take time to reflect on your learning and growth in this course. In a well-developed response, explain what you enjoyed most about the class, identify the project or assignment you found most engaging, and discuss which aspect of the course you connected with the most (such as poetry, fiction, writing, or discussion). Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.

Prompt Response: This first half of the school year has really changed more than my whole time in high school. I have gone from a B-C student to an A-B. Ive grown in my effort, intelligence, and work ethic, affecting me in many ways. In American litterature I have enjoyed reading poetry and learning the meaning behind each piece and author. The only self criticism I have for myself is to get better at completing my blog post.

Summary: I have grown alot in the first semester of my junior year.

Reflection: I have improved alot, but still need to continue improving on being on time and consistent with things such as my blog post.
