When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response:  When I am in a mood that I don't like, I have a few different ways to regulate my mood. I often like to go for a run or go to the gym to try to clear my head. In other instances, I feel like it is better to talk to someone or see some friends to cheer me up.
