Prompt Response: I think day light savings impacts me pretty heavily depending on what I have to do during the change, especially when jumping forward. This year the time jumping forward fell on a day that I had work, pretty much resulting in one less hour of sleep. However, I think the sun staying up longer in the evening is very nice.
Summary: Day light savings can be confusing and difficult for my brain especially when I have stuff to do.
